What is the return policy?
Damaged / Defective (even though we try to perfect them) products can be returned within 3 days of delivery after validation.
How many pieces are made? How do I know if they are truly limited?
Every design will have 20 pieces made no matter the demand. An authentic card and ethcing on the product would denote the serial number.
When will I get my order?
Your piece will be made for your order. It will have a special demarcation of the serial number you purchased and will take 1-3 weeks to dispatch based on the product type.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are made in India. Different products come from different regions and are shipped from Bengaluru.
How much does shipping cost?
